You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible products. After 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any tags, labels, or protective materials must still be attached.

To start a return or exchange, kindly follow these steps:

Shipping Costs
In the case of returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us. However, if the received product is different or the size is incorrect from the ordered product, the company will handle the expenses.
