Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any charges.
• If your order is already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.

How to Cancel Your Order:

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sportssajal@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm the cancellation and process the refund if applicable.

Customized & Personalized Orders:

• Due to the nature of customized and personalized products, cancellations for these items will only be accepted if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once customization begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

• If your order is successfully canceled, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
• Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Changes to Orders:

If you need to make changes to your order (size, color, address, etc.), please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications are not guaranteed once processing begins.
